this is an amateur's attempt at making a nice utility
for changing the ps2 machine ids.  it includes no usage
instructions, has terrible text, no cool graphics, no
music, no controller vibe when changing ids, and it
doesn't back-up/store the ids to mem card along with a 
few other features of the upcoming PROPER id utility ;)

enjoy this rookie release... to use it with swap magic
you will also need to use cdloader v7 beta 5.2 and put
the reset iop option set to ALWAYS for it to load... 
you will get a red border for a few seconds, and then
it will load to the puke-green main menu shortly after.
